Steve Jobs, you have been a legacy.

Quotating Steve Jobs on the importance of death (Stanford commencement speech, June 2005) : “No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.”

It was sad having to hear of Steve Job’s death this morning. It was like “WHAT?!” Apple products have been the greatest invention ever. I love my Macbook Pro, iphone, ipods and have never discarded them though some have become white elephants.

I got to say that I love the iphone the most. That the iphone especially doesn’t ever leave our hands much. I love the clean, neat look of apple products. The easy to navigate functions on the MacOS. The reliability of this product.  This I call simplicity at it’s best. Thank you Steve Jobs for this wonderful legacy you have left behind. May you rest in peace in the heavens above.
