A lazeee Sunday !

As usual it’s a Sunday and I’m lazing at home…

Flipping through yesterday’s papers I saw this!

Aww… ticket sales were so overwhelming that he has to stage an additonal show again! Seems like everyone wants a piece of him.. now the show that I’m going won’t be the last day anymore.

Anyway, yesterday I had a great day with my SO! Hehs.. we caught IP Man 2!~ Great show and a MUST watch!! :D

Oh look.. hehs.. I mentioned to him that his feet was more than 2x of mine. :) But I still love him no matter what. :D

How do you express your emotions?

It’s been hmm… 2 months since I last blogged?

For me… I usually express my emotions through blogging, or in a private diary (which I’m guilty of leaving it alone for 2 mths plus =X)

Time and time again I have alot of thoughts in my mind but I’m just too busy to blog it all out. I guess only my significant other knows most of what’s happening in my life. I rarely like to tell people much cos I feel there isn’t a need for them to know, which leads people to think that I’m just trying to act mysterious and all. I mean seriously if you are one of them… then I will pose the question to you : Do you want to know cos you are just being nosey or you are really geniunely concerned?

Human beings are rather hard to deceipher. Yes you may want to express your joy, happiness whatsoever but do it in moderation. Sometimes the way I see how people express themselves, it’s almost like they are putting/viewing other’s as competitors. I mean among friends, what’s the competition about? What’s there to be first? It only puts yourself in more distress and personally, I feel rather turn off by such actions.

These few mths alone, lots have happened as usual. Lotsa decisions made…. things that we encounter etc. Somehow I feel that year 2010 is getting to be alil too fast paced for my liking. Hahaa.. time zooms past as you grow older.

Anyway, AGE is but a number therefore it doesn’t bother me much. I’m the kind of person who sets goals to achieve and time is not and never going to be a factor, until that one day when God decides it’s time to take me away to the heavens above.

I’m still looking for greener pastures! And I pray that my prayers will be answered soon. :D

Seriously..

I can’t believe that the previous post was written in Chinese either… now it irks me.

Haha, hence I’m blogging to get rid of it as it’s the first post I see whenever I access this page.

Was actually contemplating giving up blogging or even moving to an entirely new site. Then again, I’m far too lazy to even close it!

Reason why that thought came to my mind is because : There’s so many avenues for me to let out some steam, share my happiness etc. All owing to the good term “technology”.

Now what have I been busy lately? Hrmms.. 2010 is the year I probably went kite flying for quite a no. of times! 3 times in total I think, by now?

Last weekend, me and the boy went around TPY strolling about. And you just can’t stop time, can you? Especially when you are having a good time, it just whizzes pass you like that. Before we know it, it’s already approaching evening time.

Still, you never know what you’ll be able to chance upon in the heartlands. I have so many unintended purchases that day. Well, I bought a kite! It’s pretty cute, IMO.

My panda kite which cost only $8 bucks!

We bought ezlink stickers too! Haha.. well you  know recently I lost my ezlink card, which I still suspect that it should be lying somewhere in my house or I cld have dropped it around the estate. In any case, I’ve given up on finding the ezlink and have made Dad’s ezlink card to be mine now.

I absolutely hate the design on it where it has alot of scratches and was a little whiny about it being not nice and not able to see the light of the earth until I get it dressed with stickers. HAHA. Okay yes, I am particular and mindful of such small matters. My love got one too hahaa just so we can have matching Miss/Mr Men series of ezlink. :)

Well, there weren’t really much choices, so we just had to make do with the ones which look the best and has good colour coordination. So there, it wasn’t really chosen based on our personas.

Okok enough of all that, most important of it all was that I got to see the cutesy lil bear!

Close friends of mine will know that I’m afraid to carry babies! They are so fragile, soft and I am afraid of injuring their tiny fingers hehs.

Look at him sleeping so soundly. :)

Look who is carrying him now? :D

And no, I still do not have a changed opinion of kids, just yet.

My 2009

2009 is going to come to an end and I will like to say that it has been a year of lotsa happenings for me.

I slowly try to recall as I look through the archives of my blog and through the calendar of my iphone now.. beginning from January…

Strangely, it seems that life weren’t exciting in the 1st few mths of 2009 for there were no entries from January - March in my iphone..

Okay the silliest thing that I ever did for the year of 2009 is/was …

I forgot my laptop and left it at home which became the greatest joke in office for the day. >> refer to this post

One of my greatest achievements for 2009 is getting my Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Management and I’m proud to say that I’ve accomplished one of my goals in pursuing something I have great interest in.

Having to juggle between studies and work is quite a feat and I remember that during that period of time, my weekends were all burnt and all that accompanied me were my laptop, countless of assignments and books. Seriously, no joke. I had no social life then. But all that sacrifice was worth it in the end.

One of the most happening events I attended in 2009….. The Cleo 50 most eligible bachelors! And I was kinda infatuated with one of them as well.. which I shall keep it a secret.. teehee

One of my most challenging task was helping out as a volunteer at the Asian Youth Games, representing Singapore, performing the role of a liaison officer, I was in charge of planning the daily activities of my VIP who is the President of the Thailand National Olympic Council and I was working even harder than I would have been sitting at the office. My day usually starts from 7.30-8am till the nights of 8pm – 11pm and my Saturday and Sundays weren’t spared at all. It was a great experience and I am fortunate to be able to partake in such an event.

The most exciting match of the year……… No doubts… it’s gotta be Liverpool!!!!! Imagine my excitement when they were coming to town!

The most significant month of the year… was getting together with my special one. The month of October. And that’s probably the best thing that happened in 2009. :)

It is a must to travel at least once/twice every year…

The poor measly me could only afford to travel to Asian countries..

Countries I travelled to :

- Genting trip in May (It was hella fun!)

- Bangkok trip in Aug (shop, eat..girly fun!)

- KL Road trip in November(eat,shop, drink..fun!)

Looking back… in 2009 I made alot of new friends. Gained alot of experiences.. gone through a fair  bit of things..

2009 was also a year that I moved office and moved house!

And not to mention building of my Sylvanian house and family all thanks to my darling Wilson for lending a hand in this.. :D

I was happy for most of the months in 2009.

It wasn’t a smooth year.. I didn’t get to put my degree to good use.

Towards the later parts of the year.. things took for a change at the workplace.. the place I once thought I could build a career in. The place where I once said that I like how things were.

Like what the saying goes.. “All good things must come to an end one day.” I didn’t know it was that soon. Those (Sept-Nov) were probably the most depressing days and the workplace suddenly seem like a warzone. It was a period of time where I felt like breaking down.

You know how it is that once things changes, it can never be the same anymore. Just like when glass shatters and you try to stick back the pieces, it just looks no longer the same. That’s how it is now.

Hopefully 2010 will see more prospects in my career so that I can work towards greater things. I am positive about it. Cheers to 2010 and hopefully you guys will have a great 2010 ahead! :D
